When I started the Best Year Yet process a year ago, I wanted to nurture a better sense of team at the National Runaway Switchboard (NRS). We embarked on a process that was both exciting and a bit scary - for us to come together as a leadership team and create our top ten goals and initiatives for the next 12 months.
